Prior to the project, workshops were organized with all teams to list the needs of the units for onboarding, and the required content was generated. The content covers a period of 90 days. Information and documents that new employees need on a daily basis were determined and Journey contents were programmed accordingly.
Thanks to Journey, Vodafone employees;
- Receive daily content;
- Watch the live “welcome” video from the CEO and department managers;
- Accomplish “Tasks” and “Check-Lists” during orientation based on the Vodafone building they are at and their availability;
- Access all information about the company (market position, mission, vision, history, targets, locations, and so on) via Journey;
- Learn how to access and use all of the necessary company platforms via Journey;
- Check Journey to learn which units they should meet first, based on the organizational chart and their units;
- Receive an initial briefing on services such as fringe benefits, personnel shuttles and on-site doctor via Journey.

In January 2020, we calculated Journey’s NPS with a group of 122 that began working in November 2019.
The average NPS was 89. Two ideas stand out in user reviews:
- The moment we started using the app (the first day), we amply realized that we were a tech company.
- I hardly experienced any confusion or uncertainty thanks to Journey. It was clear from the very first day what I was going to do and how I was going to do it.
