Denizbank, a leader in the digitalization of education, set three strategic goals in 2019:

Deniz Academy launched the “3D – Sailor of the Wavy Seas” projects to encourage all field teams to achieve these three prioritized goals.
Nivea Turkey opted for Journey to reach all field teams instantly and improve its sales and campaigns.

The main objectives of the project were to:
  1. Instantly support field sales teams in all areas,
  2. Create a common language among all field teams,
  3. Improve the daily workflow of the sales team..
Vodafone Turkey decided to digitize the onboarding of all new employees. The aim was to improve new employee experience and speed up the adaptation phase. Another goal was to plan each employee’s first 90 days and offer them the right experience at the right time. To this end, they selected Journey as their “digital buddy.” Vodafone uses Journey in the onboarding process of all new employees at its stores, headquarters and call center.

Around 3,000 employees from headquarters, the field (including stores) and the call center access daily content via Journey.
